Previously, Allstate offered a section on their site entitled Auto Insurance Basics. It was supposed to give visitors a basic understanding of how insurance worked and some suggested coverage levels as they began the purchase process. It was complicated and full of legalize. We humanized the entire experience with a choice of four friendly insurance guides who spoke in plan English and also shortened the learning process to five minutes.
